Refunds

If Loupe does not do what this site says it does, you get your money back.
The promise
Write to us within 30 days of a payment and we will refund it. We would rather return the money than argue about it. It covers the single-filing purchase and every subscription payment, monthly or yearly.
How to ask
Write to hello@loupe.legal from the address you paid with, or reply to the receipt, and say which payment. The order number on the receipt is enough.
Who pays it back
Payments are taken by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which is the seller of record for every order. The refund comes from Paddle, to the card or account you paid with. You can also ask Paddle directly, at paddle.net.
Cancelling
A subscription can be cancelled at any time, from your account page or from the link in Paddle’s receipt. It stops at the end of the period already paid for, and nothing more is charged. Cancelling does not by itself refund the period you are in; within 30 days of paying for it, ask as above.
The single filing
A single-filing purchase pays for one check. If that check could not run, because the service was unavailable or the document could not be read, the purchase is not used up: run it again, or ask for the money back.
Everything else
These rules sit beside our Terms and Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Where the law gives you more, the law wins.
