Who publishes this site
Loupe publishes and maintains this site, its guides and its software. The publisher is responsible for the explanations of what the product checks and for keeping the linked sources and dated measurements clear. Contact hello@loupe.legal with a correction or a question.
This site explains the software and its use of public sources. Loupe does not provide legal advice. Courts, libraries and data providers named as sources do not endorse Loupe.
What distinguishes the check
A citation can point to a real page and still name the wrong case. Loupe checks the identity as well as existence; where it has the necessary record, it also checks metadata, page ranges, quotations, statutes, rules and links. It records what ran and what could not be checked.
